Almost everyone that Trump has appointed at DHS is an Obama or Bush holdover.

You do realize it's been 30 yrs and counting since any president followed the law on immigration? They're all "holdovers". The last president to enforce immigration law was Eisenhower.

I do. I thought we elected Trump because he was the first nominee in 30 years who promised to enforce our immigration laws?

Correct - they are all holdovers who got PROMOTED during the Obama and Bush Administrations.
