It doesn’t matter who gets the dem donor money just as long as plenty of it gets wasted for failed campaigns. I would love to see that when they finally do pick a dem front runner, there isn’t as many donor dollars left as they would like because much of it was cash burned by having an excess of hopeless candidates in the race.

Correct. I was talking with some GOP activist here in Minnesota and they said “Amy Klobuchar should drop out”.
I said “Hell No! I want her to campaign and raise as much money as possible. The more she raises and spends, that’s potentially less to be spent on other Demonrats.”
The same goes for a number of other Democrats running too. Additonally, the longer this thing draws itself out, the better the chances are of bruised egos on the Demonrat side.

Once the Democrats nominate someone, they don’t really need ads - the fake news and Hollywood will do all their campaigning for them for free.
The only issue at that point is how bad their nominee sucks. In the case of Hillary Clinton, the more media exposure she got, the worse she did - so all the air time in the world couldn’t help her.
I think if they pick Kamila Harris, the same thing will happen - she’s just plain unappealing. Same with most of their candidates - they are either unattractive, dumb as a rock, or just weird - in any case, they don’t wear well.
Tulsi Gabbard may be the one exception - she kicked Harris’ ass the other night and looked good doing it (IMO).
I wouldn’t count Joe Biden or Bernie Sanders out just yet, Joe got his ass handed to him in the debates and it didn’t hurt his numbers at all. Bernie Sanders has a way of hanging tough and getting crowds like no other Democrat in the current line up.
President Trump will destroy whoever they pick, but if it’s Tulsi Gabbard, he will have to be very careful - she’s a legitimate war hero, she’s young and attractive, she’s well spoken, and she’s obviously got some fight in her.
It has been observed that Hillary Clinton reminded people of their nagging spouse, their overbearing boss, or their worst teacher from school days - so that even though she was a woman, Candidate Trump was able to point out her flaws without political blowback.
It won’t be that way with Tulsi Gabbard. She will remind people of their daughter, their sister or their friend.
I am 100% confident President Trump will know exactly how to run against her if she is the Democrat nominee - I doubt he will have a disparaging nickname for her.
