Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today it received six pages of records from the FBI showing that in June, 2017, a month after FBI Director James Comey was fired by President Donald Trump, FBI agents visited his home and collected “as evidence” four memos that allegedly detail conversations he had with President Trump. One of his memos was written on June 6, a month after he was fired.
Comey was fired by Trump on May 9, 2017. The memos obtained by Judicial Watch were collected from Comey by the FBI on June 7, a month later, and are dated February 14, 2017; March 30, 2017; April 11, 2017; and one is dated “last night at 6:30 pm.”
The FBI documents also revealed that Comey recalled writing two other memos after conversations with Trump that he claimed were “missing.” The FBI visit and interview took place on June 7, the day before Comey admitted leaking the memos in testimony to Congress.
The new FBI documents include a June 9, 2017, FBI Collected Item Log which states:
On June 7, 2017, at approximately 10:15 A.M., Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agents (SA) [redacted] and [redacted] collected memorandums (memos) as evidence from James Comey at his residence at [redacted]. The memos collected described as follows:

I don’t understand how FR has such a high proportion of adults who have the patience of a six year old. Comey’s fate has not been decided, you may well be right in that bigger charges could be forthcoming. Since no one knows the facts and no one can predict the future, just settle back and wait and see what happens.
I wouldn’t call taking it from behind from the government for our entire lives and wanting justice before we die being impatient. If he committed a crime and the ig recommended prosecution they should have. If there’s not much evidence who cares make him break his piggy bank on defense like he did to I’d guess countless Americans over the years.

It is not impatience to wish prosecution on someone who would have CERTAINLY made me sell everything I own to defend myself against something a lot less criminal...especially when we have NO guarantee that something bigger is coming.
Can you guarantee something bigger is coming? No...you cannot. As another poster has said, he could have gotten the same treatment others, like Flynn, have gotten. He could have spent a lot of his money to get off of this charge...AND the next. Just because he gets charged for the BIGGER charge doesn't mean he can't get charged FOR BOTH.
You and I would have...Right? RIGHT....and you know it.

yeah, this will drag on with no prosecutions (because that would help Trump get re-elected) and the upshot will be “this can never happen again” yada yada, “we must put these procedures in place” and “we can’t put the country through this” yada yada “it’s time to move forward” yada yada “for the good of the country” yada yada yada...
I wish they would have gone to his house at 4am, knocked twice, and then broken the door down and rousted Comey out of bed with the FBI agents in full battle-rattle and pointing assault rifles at him and his bed partner, if he has one.

or at least make comey sweat for awhile, even if you plan not to ultimately bring charges...the other criminals and potential witnesses watching this are breathing a lot easier hearing this.
