This city is an abject disaster. One of my friends was the police commissioner for awhile and he can tell you stories. The liberal Democrat leadership is where the blame lies.
It’s amazing they still have running water (though I wouldn’t count on good quality PH levels free of contamination).
When children run the show, this is exactly what happens.
We need a Rosselló movement in every city like this where the corruption is causing complete destruction.
