IIRC, both Michael Horowitz and Bull Durham have interviewed Mifsud. I expect it was not in front of a Grand Jury.
If the FBI knows for a fact that Mifsud lied, then Durham should simply indict Mifsud based on FBI information and submit an extradition request to Italy.
