If impoverished urban communities used the tools Trump has given them they could turn their cities around. I think this is part of Trump’s 2020 strategy. Force the democrats and media to focus on the shit holiness of the democrat cities, illustrate the failed democrat politicians, give them an alternative (use the damn tools).
