Why voluntarily leave an offensive posture for a defensive one when your enemy is on their heels?
Drudge leads the anti-Trump base. If you read Drudge, every single day you get depressed.
All of us here, know where the “bad” neighborhoods in our hometowns are. It is politically incorrect to talk about such subjects, in part because, a “Venn diagram” type of outline of this subject shows a big overlap between bad areas and members of minority groups in most cities.
I think part of the overall ongoing reaction to Trump, is that he brings up issues which offend the sensibilities of the politically correct crowd.
Witness the reaction here. Rather than talking about the horrible conditions in the ghetto area represents by Cummings, the reaction is to condemn Trump as a racist, rather than address the subject of conditions in these ghetto areas.
IT IS RACIST TO DEFLECT FROM THE PROBLEMS FACED BY THE PEOPLE OF BALTIMORE. That includes poor leadership, with either failed, poor policies, or no policies at all. Sorry Democrats! You failed!!
Cummings could be running a local KKK clan and he would still be reelected unopposed. So, ensconced in a completely safe seat, he spends his time and effort increasing his personal wealth. He could care less about his constitutents and he will idly stand by while his district decays into utter ruin. He will shovel federal dollars toward Johns Hopkins, the State of Maryland and City of Baltimore corrupt fellow Democrat politicians, and the other Civil Rights activists who ensure that they get the money, not the pockets of poverty in the District.

Of course the Dems know it, in fact its how they get their votes..they let their constituents live in FILTH, throw them some welfare and food stamps, then come around during election day and say “VOTE FOR ME I LOVE U” and 90 percent of them will re-elect the same buffoon who lets them live in filth
The more the Democrats and Lamestream Media howl, the more you know Trump is right!! If their heads are about to explode, then you know Trump is zeroing in on their vulnerabilities.
I just caught a bit of that putz Chris Wallace talking to Mulvaney about this.
He restated Trump’s tweet to Cummings then put up a graphic showing Cummings’ district has income above average and that Columbia, MD is the safest city in the country.
Not a DAMN word about Baltimore before he asked Mulvaney, “What is (Trump) talking about?”
Never watched his show and certainly won’t now.
Ironically, by pointing out Columbia, he spotlighted Maryland’s hugely gerrymandered districts. How Cummings’ district goes from downtown Baltimore, way out West and way up North.

We give the NY Post grief and it is definitely deserved at time, but they and Fox are still the only chance in msm of getting our side of the story told.
That and Trump’s Incredibly powerful tweets that make him reach 10s of millions instantly.
These last few days have taught me an important lesson - that Baltimore stands as dramatic witness to the extraordinary leadership of Democratics. It is a liberal showcase!
