Because it is not a religion it is a war plan. The school system is a prime location for recruitment especially the young and naive who later become the young and stupid and the radially insane adult

Schools consume 1 Trillion in taxpayers dollars in the US. They take more than the DoD, yet there is always a cry and hue for more.
