I am thinking the list is somewhat influenced by city size, more than density of calls - St. Louis for example is not all that big (under half the pop. of Denver), but I’ll bet it’d be “up there” if the ranking was by calls per sq. mile.
And those are just the two-legged DemocRAT kind.
If Rep. Cummings 7th District is Pennsylvania and North Avenues territory, Mulberry, etc, i.e. the killing zones, no wonder he is trying to be a puffupped insulted buffoon because he is.
My grandparents lived down there when it was a mixed Jewish-Christian neighborhood with almost NO CRIME. Now it is “CRIME CENTRAL” and it’s all on Cumming’s corrupt head. He’s the one who wanted to release “non-violent” criminals ahead of time to be served. Guess he doesn’t mind losing his voting constituent one at a time, but on a good weekend, in multiples.

Born and raised in Dolfied, then 2224 Garrison Blvd a couple blocks above North Avenue, then in Ashburton where the only crime we ever had was the famous “Cat Burglar” of about 1956/57.
Now Hilton Avenue, Liberty Heights, etc including Liberty Road, Lower and Middle Park Heights Avenue, and some of Randallstown Road are black crime hunting grounds against all people.
If you let a Democrat run your city, you can bet within 10 years they will have RUINED your city. Seen it happen. The way Baltimore is going, there are going to need a new jail for ex-Dem Mayors and their staff, and a million dollar signing bonus for a competent chief of police. Ain’t gonna happen, homey. The city is down the crapper and I seriously doubt if it could come back in 20 years.
Once a great city to live in. Now much of it is a 3rd world shithole run by 3rd rate corrupt, incompetent Democrats.
Forget the 4 legged rats for now. What the city needs is an ORKIN MAN about 100 ft tall with enough rat poison to wipe out the Democrat corrupt political machines that have destroyed the city.
The biggest concentration of rats in DC are the DP members of Congress.
