I will freely grant that I may have missed the proper time to shift from applying Proverbs 26:5 to applying Proverbs 26:4.
I don’t mind an argument, but contradiction is not an argument, and while abuse may be an amusing way to begin or end a skit, it tends not to be that useful as the substance of a conversation (cf. Monty Python, The Argument Clinic).
At any rate, I will now cease casting my pearls.
Prayers up for you, and the family of all those involved—for whatever the prayers are worth.
How about praying for the souls of those two dead babies and stop worrying about someone on the internet who disagrees with you? Thanks.
I’m fairly confident that the babies are in heaven and don’t need my prayers.
It would take a twisted sort of Catholic-Calvinist to think the babies need prayers.

Please help Hieronymus not to use offers of prayer as a form of rebuke to someone who disagrees about legal policy on the internet. Help Hieronymous to render unto Caesar opinions about civil law, and not use religiosity as a shield when in fear of losing an argument. But Your will, not mine be done.
