There is very little area where there has been no fencing. Mostly in mountainous terrain. You are repeating liberal talking points. Also the Border Patrol priortizes the areas that need the “wall”.
Replacing 3 wire fence with 18’ high, steel slat fencing is the same as new fence, Poindexter.

The portions being replaced might as well not even be there. Replacing them is vital.
