Well, in this case at least something did.
Hopefully these guys were white so nobody gives a damn and it can all go away never to be heard from again as it ought to no matter what their race is.

What's pathetic is that I not only understand exactly what you mean by this, but I agree with it. The concept of "equal justice under the law" and judging people by their individual acts, or in other words, blind justice .. is dead.
