During the first break in Wednesdays House testimony of former Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Fox News anchor Chris Wallace claimed the hearing had thus far been a disaster for both House Democrats and Mueller himself.
With Republicans already making the case that the former FBI director appeared doddering and confused, Fox News special coverage team of Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum immediately noted at the break that the special counsel struggled to answer questions, saying the hearing had been halting.
I think you both have been very kind, Wallace responded. This has been a disaster for the Democrats, and I think its been a disaster for the reputation of Robert Mueller.
He went on to note that Mueller had seemed very uncertain with his answers and that he appeared to not know what was in the report that he wrote.
He has been attacked a number of times and you would think that almost anybody else would have defended his own integrity and the integrity of the investigation, and over and over Mueller just sits silent and allows the attacks from the Republicans to sweep over him and says nothing, the Fox anchor observed.
Furthermore, Wallace suggested that Mueller may not have been in charge and in control of this report, something Trumpworld has been pushing for a while now.

Democrats have committed an egregious error putting Mueller on the teevee live to be cross examined.
The only thing the Dems are doing is Killing Mueller ,ouch
Their failure is nearly complete.
Anyone paying attention and not living in the leftist bubble knew it would turn out this way. I was amazed they went through with it.
Same thing happened regarding the Zimmerman trial. Those of us that were following it and were not living in the racist, leftist bubble expected it to turn out exactly like it did.
Sometimes these people simply amaze me.
“Sometimes these people simply amaze me.”
Delusional
Don’t stop them. Next they’ll do something even stupider. I hope they never give up on IMPEAT FOTY FI. It’s like a Road Runner marathon. What new products have come in the mail from Acme.
Interesting that the Daily Beast is reporting this.
Hahahahahaha that sounded so Darth Vaderish...:)
If you can’t make a case concisely, you lack a valid case.
Heaps of irrelevant details are evidence that there is no real case to be made.
Well, I don’t know. I knew the Zimmerman trial should turn out the way it did, but I also knew it should never have gone to trial.
I expected theme to wring out a plea deal of something. But sometimes justice does prevail. Let’s hope that this is one of those times.
If Mueller wasn’t such a dick he’d be a tragic figure. Another case of a has-been not knowing when to hang up the spikes.
We do NOT use that kind of language on FR.
Dims tried to conduct a soviet style show trial.
And a lot of people can see who the dims are.
Whos Moody?
I knew the Zimmerman trial should turn out the way it did, but I also knew it should never have gone to trial.
That case was special for me. It showed me just how far the left will take a bluff. And in the age of the internet that is a very poor strategy. Did they learn nothing from the Dan Rather debacle?
And it is only worse for them today.
He went on to note that Mueller had seemed very uncertain with his answers and that he appeared to not know what was in the report that he wrote.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That’s because he didn’t write it.
RM3's reputation was already in the toilet. Did somebody flush?
“Political mistakes of this magnitude don’t come around every day.”
basically, the Dems have lost all sense of reality and finally over-reached so far with Mueller out of a sense of total desperation, that they’ve fallen over the political cliff.
