That's the stupidest thing I've read all day. The Democrats are the ones who invented and perfected identity politics and honed it to a fine art. I know he wanted to unseat Sen. Tester for his vicious lies about Adrimral Ronnie Jackson, but John James was a totally exciting candidate who could have unseated Debbie Dingell.
