Mr. Trump carried St. Clair County, an auto parts manufacturing center on the Canadian border, with 63 percent of the vote in 2016, cementing a narrow statewide victory and Michigan’s crucial 16 electoral votes. The margin of victory — less than 11,000 votes — was his slimmest in any state.

FWIW: This was via ‘The New York Times’ and they probably CHOKED on every positive thing Michiganers had to say about President Trump!

2020 Landslide...or pretty darn close! MAGA! :)

There is nothing racist about it. My father told me of how his mother would read about Al Capone’s crime wave in Cleveland and she would slam down the newspaper and say in her thick Scottish brogue “Those Gott damn firrrrrrigners, I don’t know what they don’t pack them all up and send them back where they come frrrrrrom”

So glad I was here to vote for him. Primary and election. My area was 83% Dem (aka the Devil’s workshop).

Shoving a live walleye up Stephanie Saul’s posterior may not be possible, but I’d like to see the effort made.

Mr. Trump signaled his intent to rely on identity politics to propel his re-election campaign

That's the stupidest thing I've read all day. The Democrats are the ones who invented and perfected identity politics and honed it to a fine art. Republicans and President Trump NEVER do identity politics. Unless, perhaps, the author considers President Trump's appeal to America-loving patriots as pandering to an "identity group."

The Ministry of Propaganda is trying as hard as they can to make the tweets racist and not many are buying it.

The Northern part used to be blue. I expect it now to be solid red. And not by a little.

I'll say it again:

I think POTUS' only campaigning mistake was going to Monana too many times instead of Michigan to campaign even just once for US Senate candidate, John James!

I know he wanted to unseat Sen. Tester for his vicious lies about Adrimral Ronnie Jackson, but John James was a totally exciting candidate who could have unseated Debbie Dingell.
