Well what it means is that they won’t vote for President Trump, but they won’t vote for any of the rat candidates either. They either will vote third party or sit the election out, like so many in here did in 2008 and 2012 election that got that arrogant pos former occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave elected and reelected.
