Is there a way for Democrats to talk about systemic racism in a way that actually wins over white voters rather than alienating them?

No.

To do so would require walking back at least 20 and more like 50 years of open, vicious hostility and a present ideology that insists on innate White Privilege that supposedly gives even a jobless white coal miner an advantage over a black millionaire. That can't be unsaid. These are the musings of racists looking for an advantageous lie. Too late for that.
