Addressing US President Donald Trump’s recent attacks against a group of minority congresswomen, Merkel clearly showed her disdain.
“I firmly distance myself from it and feel solidarity toward the attacked women,” Merkel said at her annual summer press conference in Berlin on Friday.
The chancellor said that “people of very different nationalities have contributed to the strength of the American people.”
She added that Trump’s statements “contradict the strength of America.” …

Also...a few years ago I started (but didn't finish) a book called "Stasi".In it,Simon Weisenthal,the famous concentration camp survivor and Nazi hunter,is quoted as saying that in his opinion the Stasi was *worse* than the Gestapo!
Trump should respond “I distance myself from the Stasi agent running Germany”.
Can she be specific about these racist comments? Where did she see them? What did they say?
Because I don’t recall seeing the President ever saying anything about race, or advocating discriminatory policies based on race.
