Is that all? A while back they had a shortfall (loss) of over a billion in one year.
They were taking pictures of them anywhere. As they enter the sorting machine it happens. They used to just delete them right away.
There are a few instances where it would be useful.
Government employees doing government work poorly. Not all just many. I resemble that comment.
Also, the USA, via the USPS, subsidizes the cost of mail sent from China to the U.S. Just heard that on FBN a day or two ago. We pay full price to send mail; China gets a discount, compliments of us.
