We will be learning more about AOC’s chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti. Turns out he wears a t-shirt with a picture of (not Che) but a guy from India during WWII whose heroes were Adolf Hitler, Mussolini, Imperial Japan and later, after they lost the war, Uncle Joe Stalin. Chakrabarti is a real winner and is the brain trust behind AOC and the green new deal.

Yep, he hired her to run for election, and is her handler.

Lest we forget.

The 2020 election could be one for the record books. None of the leading democrats are inspiring. I don't think the blacks will come out to vote for any of them - including Harris.

Speculation now is that Trump could raise $2 billion. He should direct part of that money into the Congressional races. Many Republican districts that went Democrat in 2018 could flip back - primarily due to low Democrat turnout. GOTV will be important for the Republicans - and they will have the cash to do it.

If they feel the race for the White House is lost, many Democrats will stay home. This was demonstrated in 1980. When the race was called for Reagan at 8:00pm EST, many Democrats in the West decided not to vote. A lot of down ballot Democrats lost because of that. With any luck, it will happen again in 2020.

I think you mean Subhas Chandra Bose. A nasty, traitorous piece of work.

He organized the Indian National Army, recruiting Indian POWs to turn their coats and fight for the Japanese in Burma. To their credit, many of these sepoys only wanted to escape brutal imprisonment, and deserted back to the British as soon as they reached the front lines.

Burma and Bill Slim’s “Forgotten 14th” Army was truly the finest hour of old Indian Army.

His parents are from Bengal and that is a major home of the communists in India. He’s a red diaper baby.
