I’m still trying to figure out how she thinks she has grounds for impeachment. What am I missing? Enquiring minds want to know!

This is something William James said when he thought about levels of human consciousness, reason and sanity.
I always took it to mean there’s a fundamental marker for levels of insanity with people who make a constant effort to manipulate reality in their own HEAD, because they will not or CANNOT accept the world and life as it IS!
I used to work with a girl who was bi polar. I had to keep reminding myself that SHE was not dealing with the same world that the rest of us were.
