Albert Einstein, Albert Gallatin and many other immigrants were CONTRIBUTORS. The Minnesota 5th District Congresslady is a MOOCHER. She may also be an immigrant, but she would've had both mentioned Alberts exterminated if she'd had her way.
America has no obligation to welcome such MOOCHERs. Or lump her in the same category as the two well-known Alberts.
