Exactly as intended:
Destructive: Communists and terrorists must be destroyed. There is no chance for changing toward American patriotism.
Demeaning: Especially so to show they are of least value to congress and america. Don’t molly-coddle someone shooting at you trying to kill you.
Disunifying: The American republic can never allow the contamination of communism to infiltrate the structure or spirit.
