I can settle the whole argument without all the legal mumbo jumbo with one question;
Why didn’t the supreme court interpret political intent when Obama removed it from the census?
Help us get rid of Roberts & we will give you Merrick Garland! Once Roberts hears these rumors, he will start voting straight GOP on EVERYTHING!!!! LOL
RE: Why didnt the supreme court interpret political intent when Obama removed it from the census?
Was there a lawsuit filed to prevent the removal then?
Nobody sued to stop the Kenyan from Indonesia from removing it.
Just as nobody sued to stop DACA.
Just as nobody stopped him from usurping the Presidency in violation of the Constitution.
Indeed! There is one easy and effective way around this entire debacle: Just print up the year 2000 census forms with a new date and be done with this nonsense.
The year 2000 census was legitimate and there were no legal issues then with a citizenship question.
Obama didn't remove it.
In 2005 the Census Bureau officially adopted the American Community Survey (ACS), which has the citizenship question, as the replacement for the long form, which also had the question.
Obama wasn't even running yet.
who brought a case? The republicans? I doubt it.
You werent supposed to remember that. Its not fair, the Brown Shirt Media didnt even remind you, you just remembered old your own.
