Yes, I believe you are correct in that this is some sort of government sponsored operation. Blackmail seems to be the currency of the elites. There are rumors of this being a Mossad operation. I believe that pizzagate was a real operation too, and was run by the US government. It was located just a couple of blocks from many major embassies. No one offered evidence to counter the evidence brought against it, it just had articles in the Washington Post and New York Times waiving people off the trail.
