I think of RC more of as a "bottom bitch", or procurer/recruiter and liaison to the "scene".
If there was "handler" per se, look to Ghisaine Maxwell.
I think of her as Epstein's "number one" like that one eyed guy with Dr Evil.

Where did you get an idea like that? More likely the other way around. Until she got old enough to become a handler of others. In any case us *-Tards have know about RC for a long long time. Including the fact that she was most likely singing. In fact it has been a big topic of discussion in the last few days.

One big question about Epstein is how did a college dropout from Coney Island make the moves he did, become who he became, so fast?
