The Internet is on fire! Rumors are swirling that a girl who was once an underage prostitute for Jeffrey Epstein is now a government informant who is outing Epstein’s sick friends and accomplices. Yes, this includes Bill Clinton.

A girl by the name of Rachel Chandler is suspected of being a witness to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes on his “Orgy Island” with this sick friends. The young lady may have devastating information that has been handed over to the government.
The story goes that the young Chandler was recruited by Jeffrey Epstein’s friend or madam as some refer to her, Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell supposedly recruited young girls who then flew on Epstein’s airplanes with the rich and famous who in turn used and abused these young women.

In legal terms, “they knew what they were doing” has no meaning when applied to underaged girls. The age of consent strictly defines that question, in fact it is the reason for an age of consent, to negate any implied permission — the only question is where to set the age of consent but that was already determined at the time of the alleged acts. I am not an expert on the law that would apply here, the acts presumably took place in different jurisdictions and I don’t know how the courts would interpret jurisdiction on board an airplane between one jurisdiction and another.
After a few days of that sort of legal wrangling, the trial would presumably get around to testing guilt or innocence within the framework hashed out on age of consent. But I doubt that 15 is going to escape definition in any U.S. context, maybe in the Middle East it would be acceptable.

The recently released Epstein indictment does not mention the Island and does not allege any criminal acts on the private jet.
The age of consent is typically 16 in most states.
Epstein’s crime is different.
He allegedly PAID girls under age 18 to have sex.
The crimes in the recent indictment took place in the 2002-2005 time period.
It’s my understanding that the Statute of Limitation is extended when sex crimes are committed against minors.
None of this crap is about some poor little teenage party chick. Nobody really cares. Not in this day and age when you can see any perverted sex act on your TV monitor with a click of a mouse. The only female worth a worry is the 90 yr old geezer on the Supreme Court and who is going to replace her.

With so much scrutiny and press stalking, she has a good chance of staying alive.
In any case, she has already provided evidence to the government. I will presume that it’s in the form of sworn, video taped testimony. That will be completely admissible as long as the chain of custody of the video can be established.
It’s too late for Arkanciding Miss Chandler.
I will, however, stipulate that Hillary is quite reckless; and, she would certainly kill the woman just for the sheer joy of it. But, we can hope that there are enough strong willed toadies around keeping her too blotto to do anything.
