The 9th Circuit has ruled for the Trump Administration, allowing them to refuse money for cities that do not comply with federal immigration enforcement.

The decision pertains to federal grants for local policing, but its still a very significant win.
There are soooo many cities that deserve this treatment...where to begin? At least 30 or so that means we can use those funds for the wall and let it rip all over the news!!!! if not fund more ICE ops

I say stop the money flow to ALL cities who don’t work with ICE to capture criminal illegal aliens; those who didn’t leave when ordered or who didn’t show up to court for their hearing on staying. This makes them two-time criminals at best. Not including any other crimes they may have committed while being here.
In CA they give someone 20 years for being a 3-time criminal. Three strikes law.

I agree. The price of separation/independence from the feds to defy them this way should have a cost. The problem is radicalized leftists don't really care because it won't affect their life from the walled off gated communities but will affect low income struggling citizens at some level. Maybe this will wake them up to vote against the radicals like AOC, Newsom, and Cuomo.
