Foreigners have no right to just show up and expect to be admitted, nor do they have the right to just break in or overstay visas.
These people are illegal aliens.
Our laws must be enforced and these people must be returned to their own country.

They are NOT immigrants.
Immigrants are people who apply for, pay for, wait for and comply with the documents that make them immigrants.

Foreigners that want to come in without a immigration visa or visitor visa, do have a right to come in. They pay for the visas after all. The visitors will have to return to their countries of course and legal immigrants get a Green card and are declared legal residents and have to report their current address where they live every December or January (I forget which one) Illegals don't report.

In Germany btw every time you move you have report it, even if you just move next door.
