CA is a Mexican colony.
We shouldn’t count any of their votes until their voter rolls are cleaned up.

I still can’t understand why any government pays for the nominating process of a private political party. It is not up to California to decide who the Republicans can and cannot nominate. And, in the general election, it is not up to California to add conditions to the Constitutional requirements to run for office.

The Constitution spells out eligibility for office of POTUS and it says nothing about “must release tax returns”.

They’re only going to take him off the primary ballot.
It would have no effect.

My fantasy is to just get this sh*t fired up with CWII. The a-hole left will never stop until they eliminate us. Then they will destroy each other. Let that sink in. History tells us what will ultimately happen unless we prevent it.

Not the ninth circuit as Trump has remade it.

States are free to appoint electors as they choose, but they’re not free to set requirements to be president, those are listed in the constitution. I don’t see this standing Supreme Court scrutiny because it would open the door to all kinds of crazy schemes in the future. What’s to prevent a state from refusing to allow someone on a ballot if they don’t declare their support for gay rights, etc.?

What if a poor person who has no income and is not required to file a tax return wants to run for office?

With any luck, this additional requirement not sanctioned by the Constitution will result in all California Presidential votes being tossed out.

States did not even check to see if the Kenyan from Indonesia was a natural born citizen.
Hawaii took Pelosi’s word on that and the other states took her wink and nod,

“Republicans weren’t on the last two California Senate election ballots”

That’s because in six of the last CA state senate election contests (2018) the Republicans didn’t even bother to run a candidate.

Basically the CA state GOP has surrendered to the Democrats.

Maybe you should run for the CA state senate next time just so your local Republicans have someone to vote for?

The worst thing that could happen is you might win.

(-:

There are no “conservative” judges and “liberal” judges /s

Seriously, Dem appointed judges still outnumber GOP appointed judges on the 9th but the margin is a bit smaller now. Don’t know the numbers off hand but I’m sure its in recent news.

And the way the courts handle appeals, they draw lots of 3 judges to hear the cases. It makes it much more likely to draw 2 of 3. And, if the 3 judge panel is to be overruled by an en banc hearing of the full court, it will be that much harder to cobble a majority to vote for an en banc hearing.

“The states cannot add requirements to Presidential elections“

What are you even talking about??

Where in the Constitution do you find ANYTHING about “Presidential elections”?
