Does the funding for this come from state taxes or federal taxes?
When the state runs out of money the federal government will pay the bill.
That’s my concern, because I’m pretty sure federal tax dollars go into these programs. That means you and I being taxed to fund our own downfall. However, it also means the feds can reject this if they have the guts to do so, in the inevitable face of “cruelty to children” rants.
