Will Slick Willy attend the funeral? He couldn’t have won without him.

As another FReeper said on an earlier thread: “Good riddance to the puke that gave us Bill Clinton.”

The giant sucking sound pre-deceased him, thanks to Trump.

Good question. He was at Poppy Bush’s funeral in part to thank him for voting for Hillary Criminal in 2016.

Don’t blame Ross Perot for the fecklessness and bad faith of the Republican party.

I never voted for Perot and didn’t like his views on some things that matter a lot to me — but notwithstanding, he was a great American who shook up some things that badly needed shaking up.

RIP.

The feckless GOP and their support of open borders and NAFTA gave us Clinton.

Absolutely. But he failed to stop it. Decades late, but here’s Obiwan Trump.

Richard Gephardt was right about reciprocity in trade. But once again, Trump is on that job, too.

The only thing this clown is remembered for is inflicting the country with serial rapist Bill Clinton. What a pathetic legacy.

The hand grenade with a bad hair cut that gave us the Clinton Presidency.

He spoke at my high school graduation. I should have paid more attention.

Here Here and spot on.

One of the biggest myths I hear tunnel vision Republicans repat is the Clinton won because of Perrot. The exit polls easily disprove this. The hard fact is that Buch tried to run as the second coming of Ronald Reagan but his policies were closer to Jerry Ford.

That’s why conservatives stayed home. Would he have governed better than Clinton? I can’t say that for certain.

But back to Perot, he filled a void. Conservatives have always held their nose when voting for quasi-socialist moderates. I could not care less if one has to hold their nose, at the end of the day you voted for a non conservative. I did that in 04, 08 & 12. Never again. Vote you conscience and screw the political tools who pull the R lever no matter who the GOPe put on the ballot.

Yes that is why I can never support a third party candidate. Slick gave us Ginsberg and Breyer, Motor Voter and the Housing crisis. Elections matter.

Of course GHWB gave us David Souter, but also Clarence Thomas. Perot’s motives were strictly personal and for his business interests. His son made out like a bandit under Slick with the Alliance airport and surrounding properties.

Remember Perot made his money from government contracts. So big government made him rich. He never said a thing about Obola either.

Awful choices, but I can understand the 96 vote for Clinton. Dole was a RINO by that time and the economy was going great. Plus I recall reading the research that Perot drew from both candidates equally

Sorry, Perot sucked 18%of the votein 92, if they flipped towards Bush, he would have crushed Clinton 57 million to 44 million, so exit polls be damned.
