If he continued to offend then it’s not double jeopardy to try and convict him again.

If they found him in possession of child porn, that was not part of the original plea deal. He’s toast...................

Nope - that would mean if one was charged and tried for the murder of one person, and got off, then that person could murder at will because to try him for future murders would constitute “double jeopardy”...
