FBI and DoJ cannot comment on people who have yet to be indicted. You can bet Clinton will be at least sued in a civil lawsuit. Way too much money involved for plaintiff attorneys to not do it.

If the U.S. Attorney wanted to protect Bill and Hillary, Epstein would not have been indicted and currently in custody.

Deal already made. No more than 5 years in prison, and Epstein gives up names of clients.

My guess is Clinton won't be named and Trump will (despite being a lie).

Boies is on the side of the victims in this case.

Well shiver my timbers! You are correct.

Since Boies has been such a big money lawyer, and often on the side of nastiness, I assumed he was working for the nasty big-money man when I scanned the article and saw his name. Sorry.

Boies is a big-time plaintiff’s attorney. His work for Gore was based on his political preferences.

Plaintiffs... good or evil. Here, victims would be in the good. But, I wonder how they can afford him?

There are several problems with this case, but to me the biggest is that according to the indictment, it has been going on since 2002! Assuming that they didn't have all the evidence to convict him back when it began, I can't believe it took almost two decades to get this guy off the street.

I know he has a lot of money and some very good connections, but this goes beyond any of that. Everyone involved, from the employees and staff that facilitated his sexual assaults to the politicians who covered for him need to be held accountable.

INSURANCE POLICY FOUND AT HIS NYC TOWN HOME.

$50.00 they have manufactured pictures of President Trump.
why would this low life still have pictures in his NYC town home after his last conviction?

Something smells rotten in Denmark.

Wikipedia updated Epstein entry yesterday. Removed references to Clinton, Spacey, etc... added Trump and others.

Either that or they are limiting the counts to Boise’s clients so as to avoid bringing in the 10 other girls’ lawyer.

Contingency; and Epstein is a billionaire. There will be plenty of money in it for Boies. Once Epstein is convicted, the only issue for a civil trial will be the amount of damages.

Boies, who strikes me as rather mercenary, must be thinking along the same lines you are, and think the odds are in his favor.

My only experiences with lawyers who would consider working on contingency was with bottom feeders, not top drawer guys.

If the case is really good and the prospective payout is large enough, a top drawer attorney will readily take a case on a contingency.

David Boise is a very rich attorney and runs a small law firm. He has made so much money, he can afford to take a case like this. He can finance the case on his own and he knows he is going to win.
