Even if the target were not Trump, there would be the suspicion that this would be an effort to shield Bill Clinton, and by extension, Hillary Clinton, since Epstein and Bill were such great friends.
Shouldn't people in Trump's DOJ be out front leading the charge (and the "narrative") if this is such great news about "cleaning house"?

We don't need another Mueller-style half baked "investigation" - and BTW, I couldn't care less if some GOP'ers are prosecuted in this mix, all the bad actors should get flushed, regardless of party!
