Playing off the the What if Custer thread a few days ago, what if George Washington’s army had AR-15s when they crossed the Delaware River...

If more companies did stuff like this, think of how small that would make Nike and Colon look!

Well for,one thing it would have meant everyone who had one, owned it. Most soldiers had to bring their own weapons. We had no regular standing army and no established masive arms companies to just go to and get thousands of guns and hand them out to men.

"what if"

No change.

We still had the victory by surprise attack.

M14's in other battles...big difference.

Fully agree. I did one of their 300 AAC Blackout packages and it came out sweet. Their customer service is outstanding.

Valley Forge they won easily without the AR-15s. Assuming they had thousands for every soldier and the ammo, the war would have been over by 1778, 3 years earlier.

You might enjoy “Guns of the South” by Harry Turtledove. He writes “ alternative history” fiction, and this book is based on the confederacy being given AK47s by a mysterious source that has nefarious reasons for doing so.

The leftists have handed us a gift.

It is time to make the Betsy Ross flag the emblem of MAGA and KAG. It’s OUR flag now.

In order to thank Nike myself, I won’t be buying any of their products. I see the Betsy Ross flag as patriotic. I see their logo as communist.

The Continental Army was a regular standing army. It had 3 divisions, 6 brigades and 38 regiments. There were also state militia regiments available, but those were not regular army. Look at the date that the Army claims as the official date of its formation.

LOL! I freaking love it.

I have a PSA Freedom model.

I am going to get another only this time a 10.5 inch AR 15 pistol with a Fostech Echo II binary trigger a Holosun red dot sight and a utg X3 magnifier. I already have a 100 round drum for it.

It will be dubbed the “Hogginator”. :^)

He would have never needed to cross the Delaware River. The war would have been long over by then if he had had AR-15's. ;o)

M1 Garands would be more effective - longer range.

I’d buy one except that I live in a state that has outlawed them.

Yes, I want to move.
