Hillary's layers were paid to divert from Cankle's numerous crimes. Mueller knew it on the first day.

He was also duty bound not to cost innocent Americans thousands in legal fees.

Mueller has shown himself to be slime among slime. He let four innocent men rote 8n prison to protect an FBI informant. That informant was the mass murdering mobster Whitey Bulger.

The day Mueller was appointed SP, he went on TV and lied to eveyone.
To paraphrase, he said he would investigate Russian interference in the election "no matter where it led".
All evidence pointed to the Hildabest and the DNC, he refused to investigate, but targeted Trump with prosecutial miscontuct.

This is why special counsels are a terrible idea. The law should be repealed.

Mueller allegedly knew of no Trump-Russia conspiracy months before his report's completion
but he remained incommunicado.....if Mueller knew before 2018 midterms, he was duty-bound to announce that. In his final report exonerating Trump, Mueller seemed to be hand-feeding the salivating Democraps salty snacks.....
including pejorative narratives of innocent conduct for which no one was criminally charged.

The Mueller investigation was about two things:
1. Cover up the coup attempt by the deep state intelligence agencies, and
2. Affect the outcome of the 2018 election to switch the congress to democrats.
Mueller knew the day he was appointed that there was no evidence of Trump/Russia collusion and that there was no legal basis for his appointment.
The worst political scandal in American history.
To: Libloather
When(the specific date) did Bob Mueller actually know there was no Russian collusion? That is the first question that the first republican questioner should ask Bob. Any one who incurred any legal fees after that date should have them paid by the justice department. JMHO!
