They need to get the San Berdo Sheriff on board and Publicly State and put in Writing that His Department will honor Neighboring States CCW Permits as Official Policy of San Bernardino County.
In AZ No Permit is Necessary so My Drivers License should be good enough

I was there for the historical declaration. The main reason Needles wants to do this is basically a practical matter. We living in a Tri-State area. Needles, California, Mohave County Arizona and Laughlin, Nevada. The problem is that here in Arizona we are sane and we have open carry laws. The moment you drive into Needles, which is a gateway to I-40 which is a main Interstate, you put yourself at risk if you have a gun in your car. Needles is positioned to become the pot capitol of California. There will be an economic boom. They are thinking ahead. That's another story. PM me if you want to know. So a new City Council member put this on the agenda last month and it passed. On July 9th the resolution will be introduced. I am encouraging all the elected bodies to support Needles with their own resolutions of support. I have already alerted my Board. (I am the Chairman of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors).
HOWEVER, they have to get buy in from the Sheriff of San Bernardino. There is precedent. Google Sheriff Richard Mack. When the Brady law was passed he refused to enforce it in his Arizona County. He took it to the SUPREME COURT and they ruled in his favor. I am excited about this. I will report from the meeting on July 9th if you would like.

There’s still a tiny flicker of hope for a tiny portion of CA.
