On Tuesday’s broadcast of “CNN Tonight,” Representative Norma Torres (D-CA) discussed the conditions at the border and expressed hope that international courts will “file humanitarian crimes” against the U.S. government and the Trump administration.
Torres said, “I pray to God that the international courts will get involved and file humanitarian crimes against this government, against this administration that has allowed this to happen.”

I wonder if this is what he would need to call this a national emergency or invoke martial law at the border areas. :)
The “International Court of Justice” at The Hague has no authority of any sovereign nation. They resolve disputes between nations and BOTH nations must agree. There is no power to enforce their rulings.
If they did it would need to be against the US Congress for failing to give the funds to provide services.
Perhaps they should charge you, Rep. Torres.

I think we can work out a deal with the International Courts. Have the nations they represent come to American and take the illegals off our hands. Take them home. Feed them, clothe them, and give them jobs that their citizens would normally do.
