One could hardly characterize as “scholars” people who argue that seeking voluntary confinement for 21 days as a result of ILLEGALLY ENTERING THE USA is the same as being forcibly arrested because of an accident of birth and held in a death camp!
The idiots who are making this insane claim have lost their grip on reality, if they ever had it!
The comparison Democratic imagination makes it entirely illogical and unwarranted. The Nazis segregated an undesired population of citizens born and belonging to the country by birth, to be eliminated by eradication.
The U. S. Federal government segregation of an unwanted population of aliens invading and propagating in this country, whose presence is to be terminated not by execution but by shipping the designees somewhere beyond our circumscribed national borders, and by erecting physical barriers to alien invasion to prevent the necessity of isolating and rejecting an epidemic of undesirable elements attempting to attain residency without qualifying for it.
This is not comparing oranges with tangerines, or even oranges with apples. Rather, it is more like likening peaches to cannon balls. There is no comparison other than that the sites of forced congregation of aliens were established for quite different reasons, on diverse distinctions, proposing to conduct operations for lawful humanitarian outcomes.

YES! This is what happens when new generations come along who are far removed from the events of the past. Very few have read or watched documentaries of what happened in the real concentration camps under Hitler’s socialism/communism. The other thing is that those who seem so ignorant may not be ignorant at all in many cases but, in fact, just do not care about the suffering of those they oppose. I would be willing to bet that these are the same people who delight in an abortion industry which does not see anything wrong with the murder of babies up until birth and even, infanticide, after birth if the baby is born alive. They hate those whose do not see life exactly as they do and, probably, would love to set up more concentration camps, sort of like those we read about in the holocaust, for their perceived enemies. I have watched these people, on the left, and in the leftist media all through the Obama years up until now, and, in my long lifetime, have never seen such distortions of the truth or such hatred in my country. Anyone who does not understand the danger the US is in from the violence, hate and fake perceptions coming from the left need to begin an honest investigation of US history as opposed to World history and then make up his/her own mind about how to respond to whatever the future holds. May God bind the evil now besetting us and show us how to truly love Him and others, no matter who or what they are.
