I agree in spirit with what you say but shooting and possibly killing someone, no matter how vile when they haven't done anything would be considered premeditated murder. If however they attack first and one defends ones self you have a better chance in court arguing your case.

I can’t stand the left, can’t stand Antifa, but I get tired of all these Internet tough-guys who talk big - from a safe distance - about what they would do if confronted by Antifa. Responding to Antifa with lethal violence would almost certainly land you in jail for a long, long time.

"If however they attack first and one defends ones self you have a better chance in court arguing your case."

Not in the People's Democratic Republic of Oregon. Remember, this dictatorship is ruled by the 9th Circus, the most reversed court in the country.

This is where the dyke guv sent out her private police force to bring back Republicans, in chains, as political prisoners, and they only escaped because the neighboring state wouldn't authorize their capture.

Oregon does not have CCW reciprocity with the rest of the US, or apparently, the Constitution. So, you are not permitted to defend yourself.

We're going to have to wait until the Democrat's Secret State Police can be sniped... These cops swear allegiance to the Party, and the local nobility, not the Constitution.
