Local Miami media are free amplifiers for these kind of race-card shenanigans.

Arrested For being in a stolen car? That’s just crazy! I told my sons yesterday that there are laws created just to turn you into a criminal so you can be arrested . It seems they want to turn everyone into a criminal.

If he identified as the vehicle’s owner that day, he’ll walk scot free.

At a news conference Wednesday afternoon, civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump set a July 4 deadline for Broward prosecutors

Imagine my surprise when this POS Crump pops into the story....shocking....shocking I tell you.

...civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump set a July 4 deadline for Broward prosecutors to bring criminal charges against the deputies.

The real problem is this Crump POS and his bottom dwelling self.

These race-baiting patrol car-chasing ill-educated "Civil Rights" attorneys...they see an opportunity to Trayvon this kind of crap and they dive straight in.

I have no doubt that first contact with the family of this feral yute was made by Crump, not the other way around.

Since when does the ABA allow this kind of unethical hi-jinks?

Well, since always I guess.

To coin a phrase..."First we kill the lawyers...

Yes, I know the actual origin and context.

Spare me.

Resisting arrest without violence...

This is gaining popularity in some cities, it’s a way they can gain “street cred”, which is what Freddie Gray in Baltimore was doing.

I saw an officer interviewed in shadow during the big stink about Gray, he couldn’t be identified, he related that it has become fairly common so the street thugs can resist arrest but not get their ass kicked by cops. The media made a big deal of Grey being dragged to the paddy wagon, but he caused that himself, he simply went totally limp and made 2 or 3 of them drag him to the van. He had done it before. Any street thug who watched or saw the video knew he was still resisting, without starting a fight that would certainly get his ass kicked. The officer also said Gray was known to them and had done this before, had been arrested for selling heroin in the same location, and when you run from cops, don’t expect it to end well...nobody ever runs for no reason...

I can’t watch this one, my connection is crappy, but it sounds like it’s close to the same idea. The thing is, the guy intentionally did not comply when cops told him what to do. Bad idea. If you run, fight, resist, act like a dumbass and try to do the opposite of what they tell you, it will not end well.

I know sometimes the police are in the wrong, but 90% of the time that’s not the case. Most of the people who yell police brutality actually got what they deserved. Freddie Gray, Michael Brown got dead...unfortunately. All either one had to do is simply cooperate. Gray had a history of injuring himself and suing the police department. It finally backfired. Brown was just a dumbass and thought the big tough football player could fight a cop half his size...

I’m so sick of these twits getting themselves into trouble then trying to blame cops...what was he doing in a stolen car to begin with? What was he doing hanging out with thugs who steal cars? What was he doing resisting at all? If the cop says turn around and put your hands behind your back, you don’t do anything else...the cop WILL then force you to comply. If you get pepper sprayed in the process, all I can say is be glad he only used pepper spray.

Of course the MSM will scream racist, they always do, and usually with no evidence to support their claim. I remember when Michael Brown was in the news, FBI stats indicated cops nationwide had killed more than twice as many whites, all resisting arrest, than blacks, while blacks accounted for about 60% of all arrests. Sheriff David Clarke confirmed that, he’s one of the people who quoted those numbers. But the MSM implied cops were out every day intentionally hunting blacks. I have immediate family members who are democrats who believe it too. Without doing a bit of fact checking...I think the number then was 122 blacks killed by cops, 328 whites the previous year. All resisting arrest. Yet ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, PBS and MSNBC all tried to make every newscast sound like cops were hunting blacks.

I can’t see this one and haven’t seen it on TV, my guess is the guy got what he deserved, and probably should have gotten his ass kicked. He probably got into this because his parents didn’t kick his ass long ago...and should have...
