Overall, this is a winner for the Dems. The problem is, the GOP did NOTHING.

The GOP did nothing regarding healthcare when they had both chambers and GWB was in office.

The GOP did nothing to stop Obamacare. Ok, they put up a bit of a show, but I don’t believe it was real.

The GOP did nothing regarding healthcare when they had both chambers and President Trump.

For older, middle class Americans, the prospect of being wiped out by a serious illness is real. Navigating the system isn’t easy. I think a lot of Americans would be open to scrapping the system, figuring it can’t get a lot worse. Of course they’d be wrong, but it’s something the Dems can sell, and get traction.

Just out of curiosity, which Republicans voted for Obamacare, or abstained from voting on it?
