Yeah just hand another 4.5 billion over to the illegals with NO border enforcement.

OK. The possibility of Republican hegemony being effective is a fantasy. So why are you posting here? Masochism? Are you really reporting to Brennan?

Back in the real world, where hope and change are not the exclusive property of mindless Obamatrons, there are certain dynamics to the 2020 election that have occurred before.

In 1948, the Democratic Party was split into the States’ Rights Party and the Progressive Party, none of whom wanted any part of Harry Truman, who only had the reluctant allegiance of the New Deal Democrats. The media was against him, the polls were against him. He appeared mathematically eliminated before the campaign even started. Harry Truman, however, traveled from town to town by train, at each “whistle stop,” as it was derisively called he connected with his audience, demonstrated an appreciative knowledge of the history of each town, and spoke plainly from the heart about the economy, foreign affairs, etc., and poked fun at his opponents. This was the nature of Trump’s campaign in 2016, almost identical, except unlike Truman he didn’t win the popular vote by large margins, only the electoral vote, and that by an impressive margin, but less than that of Obama, who won both in 2008.

For the past 2 1/2 years, the Democrats have been trying every trick in their arsenal to put a dent in the loyalty of his base, to bring his approval down to the low 30s, to lay the groundwork for impeachment. They’ve failed, and gone so far left that Trump now owns the Center and the Right of the country, and the Dems don’t even have a viable candidate. But, like, Truman, he can call the House a “do-nothing” Congress. Unlike Truman, who used the sawed-off shotgun approach of calling Dewey a “fascist” with no basis whatever, the Dems are visibly acting fascistic, even down to the anti-Semitism.

But Trump is still using the “whistle stop” strategy that worked so well for him in 2016 and for Truman in 1948, and under vastly more favorable conditions than in the aforementioned two elections. He’s going to win and win big, both popular and electoral tallies, regain the House and strengthen his hold on the Senate. The Republicans, all but the die-hard idiots, will know what side their bread has been buttered, and enthusiastically support his agenda. No fantasy.

What he did not have in 2017, he will have in 2021, i.e., an undeniable mandate, and what was hanging over his head in 2017, the witch hunt and a media champing at the bit for his removal, he will not have in 2021. Witch hunt over. Media exhausted and discredited. Nobody denying the border crisis anymore.

Done and done. The tooth fairy is real. I just worked for him and left the money and took the teeth from under my kids’ pillow, but he paid me sixty minutes an hour for my service.

You made an invalid assumption

This is a supplemental bill authorizing additional funds to former appropriations

The Dems in the House will look like idiots if they don’t pass it. But what’s new?
Hmmm.
House Dems, Idiots...
