The damage is just too extensive. This is in reference to physical damage. Emotional trauma cannot even be appraised just yet. Hopefully he and his parents will get the support they need to take the recovery as far as it can logically go. They must have good insurance.

What’s up with this judgement? 19 years for what he did is a drop in the bucket. Should be life.
