I don't know if this falls under the definition of consumer fraud because people don't pay Google to run searches, but they do expect an honest product or service.
Hoaxing the results by biasing the algorithms in favor of what Google wants instead of what the consumer wants is deceptive advertising at the least.

You don’t even need the video in order to see how biased google is and what they are up to. Just doing a search for conservative material on google in this day and age will show that every thing is being manipulated for the left. And that includes the next presidential race.
