Oh fer cryin out loud. Mayor Pete has as much chance of being president as I do. He’s a total lightweight, even by rat standards.

Buttgig has only two claims to fame:
  1. He's a Sodomite.
  2. He has the baby face stupid suburban women love.

Take EITHER of those away and he's not only a has-been, but a never was.

“He’s a total lightweight, even by rat standards.”

I read an opinion piece that said what the Democrats were seeking is the candidate with the greatest amount of intersectionality. (Political competence is not a concern.) I had to look up intersectionality and the definition seems to fit; see below. But to be intersectional enough, Mayor Pete would need to be black and transgender as well. Being white and gay isn’t enough anymore.

“NOUN
the interconnected nature of social categorizations such as race, class, and gender as they apply to a given individual or group, regarded as creating overlapping and interdependent systems of discrimination or disadvantage. “
