This is a good tactic. It tells the illegals that they will be rounded up as illegals in Mexico for violating Mexican law and not allowed to continue on their trek north. Once that word gets out the numbers will decrease, (but the cartels will try to engage the troops because they can’t allow this to impede their cash cows).
Winning, winning and winning. This is probably the “secret” agreement that PDJT alluded to after the agreement was announced but he could not discuss at that time because it needed Mexican legislative approval.
