Another big one in the East Pacific region, coupled with seemingly extra volcanic activity over the past couple of months.
More and more earth scientists are observing evidence of the pole shift phenomenon that is about due in geologic time scale

A few hundred feet of global tsunami will dwarf the effect of a few diesel engines belching CO2.
Oh ye puny humans

Man, if the poles are gonna flip over, I sure hope they hurry up and do it. I’m 67, and I would LOVE to have that happen in my lifetime.

I’m 70, and with you all the way.
Pore ol’ Hank Johnson is gonna be as busy as a one-legged man in an Asp Kickin’ contest trying to keep up with all the capsizing, though

Did the USGS really say “More and more earth scientists are observing evidence of the pole shift phenomenon that is about due in geologic time scale”?

So— would a Tsunami generate from this 7.2, like, toward Batangas. will try to ferret out any warning— which would be like Penang/the big one.

I’m at ~1,500 feet elevation. If I see 14,000,000 people from Metro Manila surfing up to my back door, then I’ll start to get worried

Yeah— stupid question from me. The map location is right in the middle of the ocean— long away from the Krakatoa/Sumatra Java Strait. So, yeah that would be some wave. But— will check the tsunami center if this was a plate lift— somebody will get a big wave am thinking.
