I think it needs to be acknowledged that the press often commits acts of bribery to get access to classified information. See: Ali Watkins.
In this particular case, that’s probably not the motivation - I’m sure it’s the usual bureaucratic sedition we’ve come to know and love over the past couple of years. But in general it is not safe to assume the press is behaving in unimpeachable fashion.
This is what happens when the rule of law is not enforced. Barr better start holding these traitors accountable or the country is over.
