If they overtly obstruct justice by hindering Federal law enforcement that are executing their lawful duties, they should be arrested. Its essentially no different than arresting a corrupt elected sheriff that violates civil rights. Either obey the law or legally change it.
Even if they haven’t yet overtly obstructed justice, their own statements are a confession to conspiracy to commit that felony.
